PERMITTED DEVELOPMENTS:-

Any Building mono pitched 2.5 metres high overall, but under 15 square metres floor space must be positioned 0.5 metres or more from the boundary.

Any Building mono pitched 2.5 meters high overall but larger than 15 square metres floor space (less than 30 square meters) must be positioned 1 meter or more from the boundary.

Any Building mono pitched with an eves height from 2.5 meters up to 3 meters must be positioned 2 metres or more away from the boundary.

Any Building dual pitched with an eves height from 2.5 meters to 4 meters at the top of the pitch must be positioned 2 meters or more from the boundary

WHAT DETERMINES PERMITTED DEVELOPMENTS:-

* The distance from the boundary and height of the building

* The type of property you live in - ie House (excluding flat, mobile home, commercial property, masonette)

* The area you live in

* The position of the building in the garden

YOU MUST NOT LIVE IN:-

* A listed building

* Conservation area

* National Park

* World Heritage Site

* Area of Outstanding Beauty
